We will hold this FLOW circle in a 200 hundred-year-old palazzo situated in the small hamlet of Santa Catarina, one kilometer from the sea. Majestic, cavernous, and full of curiosities from all around the world;  it is the meeting of cultures in the heart of the Salento.

LODGING
The owners, Mirala and Raffael, have traveled the world, and the palazzo is a reflection of these experiences. Each room is unique, with its own character and sweet touches. Singles with a private bath are limited. Some shared rooms will have either a private or a shared bath.

MEALS
All meals will be vegetarian and prepared by Michela. Having lived in India for 13 years, Michela has referred to her cuisine as “the meeting of India and Italy”.  Trust that it is divine.

SCHEDULE
The daily schedule will start with meditation, followed by a 2-hour vinyasa class. Break for brunch, beach, shiatsu, or rest. We will complete the day with a circle of practice; yin yoga, meditation, reflective journaling, breathwork, sharing, and deep listening.
